The International conference on the Applications of Magnetic Resonance in Food Science (MRFOOD 2020) covers multiple aspects of the application of magnetic resonance to food and food products. At the conference the latest innovations in magnetic resonance developments and applications to understand the functionality of foods, their processing, their stability and their impact on health and sensorial perception are presented. 

The conference thereby covers an interdisciplinary field including both life sciences, natural and technical sciences as well as biomedical and health science research. The objectives of the conference are to create a forum to promote knowledge sharing and to promote networking activities among young scientists and students.
