Summary
We will invite 10 early career researchers (ECR) in climate science to participate in a 2.5-day international workshop which will bring together experts on the "Ice Sheet Model Intercomparison Project" (ISMIP). The involvement of ECRs in this workshop is crucial to connect and train the next generation of scientists in this long-term effort that will provide future sea level rise projections.
