Summary
Using the Visium CytAssist instrument, this project will develop and employ a new technology, ProbeST, to map gene activities directly in tissue samples. By advancing spatial transcriptomics, ProbeST will help reveal how cells communicate in complex, living tissues in health and disease and make the groundbreaking technology more affordable for biomedical research.
