This project serves to uncover contemporary dynamics of participation, cultural production and the imaginations that sustain them within diasporic communities in Europe and abroad. These are conceptualised in terms of a diasporic polis, the benefit of which is the elucidation of the implications participation, cultural production and collective imagination have on host and home societies.
