This workshop brings together scholars working on advertisements in colonial newspapers, to put together an international infrastructure that will support standardised data collection and online accessibility for data on fugitives from slavery. Starting with the Caribbean region, we intend to expand this infrastructure outwards to include the Atlantic world and beyond.
