The third workshop in Urban Economics will help build and consolidate a Nordic community in Urban Economics, which studies how spatial choices of households and firms affect the societal benefits of cities and potential costs due to congestions, pollution, and high housing costs. Such knowledge is key for effective urban planning. The workshop will support especially early-career scholars.
