Resumé

We want to investigate if digital behavior in people with stroke is associated with their self-reported health status. Unobtrusive, convenient and innovative approaches for long term monitoring after disease are needed to detect functional decline. Modern digital behavior, as reflected in smart phone use, can be applied to monitor health in different groups of users. Our study contributes to establishing a database where the association of digital behavior and different health issues is examined. By applying advanced computational methods to study digital behavior and its association with other measurements, we want to identify indicators for functional decline. This study is a collaboration between Hammel Neurocenter / Aarhus University and the University of Leiden, Netherlands.
