LI-COR Odyssey Fc imaging system for chemical biology

The purpose of the Li-COR Odyssey Imager that we will purchase using this grant is to rapidly quantify protein levels in a range of samples with a variety of detection methods. This will be used in projects monitoring the degradation of specific disease-relevant proteins by small molecules designed to promote their destruction. These molecules can be used to study a protein's underlying biology as well as being potential therapeutics.
