The 2nd International Conference on Microbial Food and Feed Ingredients will bridge the gap between academia and industry of the in microbial food and feed ingredients sectors with regards to developments and future trends in this fast-changing field! We expect between 250-300 participants from all over the world. Excellent international scientists give talks on their latest research within topics like micro-organisms in food and feed, pro- and prebiotics, microbiomes, yeast, whole genome sequences, metabolic models, enzymes for food and feed applications, microbially derived bioactive compounds, applications of cultures, enzymes, and metabolites, future trends and regulatory aspects. Moreover, the conference provides workshops with unique learning and networking opportunities.
