International Symposium on Fungal Adaptation and Evolution

Adaptation to environmental conditions is a driving force behind the evolution of life on Earth, and recent work has revealed that fungi may survive an astounding range of environmental conditions. This has however received relatively little attention, so the aim of this two-day conference is to promote communication and interdisciplinary collaboration on fungal adaptations. The conference will bring together leading experts and excellent students and post-docs from Denmark and abroad, and we expect a strong showing from members of Danish universities and industry. By inviting both biologists and biochemists, it will be of interest to a wide range of researchers and serve to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration in the field.
