International Conference of Students of Systematic Musicology - SysMus21

In November, Center for Music in the Brain at Aarhus University will host the conference SysMus21 in collaboration with the Department of Musicology and Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies. SysMus conferences bridge the research fields of neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science, social science, philosophy, technology, and musicology. SysMus21 will provide aspiring students and early-career researchers an opportunity to practice giving talks and poster presentations, publishing conference proceedings, and establishing an international research network. The students will gain experience in presenting their work in a safe and supporting environment with other early-career researchers, attend keynote talks by prominent scholars in the field, and engage in social and networking activities.
