Resumé
Quantum Information Networks, such as the Quantum Internet, have the potential to guarantee 100 percent secure information, and significantly reduce the energy consumption of the Internet, which accounts for more than 10 percent of the world's electricity to date. Yet, a practical realization is challenging and so far has not been demonstrated. This project aims to address this challenge and develop solid-state multi-qubit devices with a photonic interface to form a prototype of Quantum Internet.
