Affect in dialogue. A conference in interdisciplinary phenomenology.

The aim of this conference is to obtain a greater interdisciplinary understanding of the nature of affect. Once a year, the Interdisciplinary Coalition of North American Phenomenologists hosts a conference that addresses the most important and pressing scholarly and societal issues of our times. This year, the Center for Phenomenological Psychology and Aesthetics, University of Copenhagen, will be hosting this event, which for the first time in the organization’s history will take place outside North America. We will bring together leading international scholars to foster dialogue on how affect shapes who we are, disseminating knowledge and creating lasting scientific networks across national and disciplinary borders.
