Darkness and Perception Workshop

Darkness is one of the biggest growth industries and yet our understanding of it goes by relatively unnoticed and disjointed. This project brings together scholars from across disciplines and schools, from neuroscience to biology and ecology to the humanities and urban planning. The purpose of the workshop is to exchange ideas on our mutual interest of the relationship between darkness and perception and assess synergies. Ultimately, we hope to prepare grant applications for ERC Synergy and Carlsberg Semper Ardens Advance.
