29th Nordic Congress of Mathematicians

The Nordic Congress of Mathematicians (NCM), which is considered the most prestigious event for mathematicians in the Nordic countries, takes place every four years under the patronage of the national mathematical associations of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Apart from the scheduled Plenary Talks and Contributed Talks, the Nordic Congress of Mathematicians consists of subject-specific Special Sessions, which are parallel workshops that concentrate on the latest developments in a particular field. The Algebraic Geometry Session of NCM29 will take place between 5-7 July 2023, which I organise with Jørgen Vold Rennemo (Oslo) and Sofia Tirabassi (Stockholm). We aim to improve collaboration, and strengthen the algebraic geometry network across Nordic countries.
