Application for an inverted microscope and a CRISPR microinjection machine to improve teaching and research in our zebrafish facility

Zebrafish is an ideal model to investigate many biological processes and conduct genemanipulations with e.g. the CRISPR/Cas technology. We have many new projects and an increased amount of teaching. We aim to improve our live imaging and our CRISPR procedure, respectively, by applying for an inverted fluorescence microscope for detailed time lapse recordings and a new microinjection machine.
