Rethinking rural relations. Farming, food, and care in contemporary Nordic literature and film

The project explores the interplay between agricultural change, food practices and relations of care through an analysis of contemporary rural literature and film. It creates an innovative framework that makes food a lens through which to understand societal change in the rural North and directs attention to the way relations of care speak to urgent environmental questions in the agri-food sector.
