Single Cell Isolation Platform

The specialization of individual cells determines how an organism survives. Modern techniques allow detailed analysis of individual cells, but this requires them to be efficiently isolated. In this project we will use a microfluidics-based high-throughput single-cell isolation and dispenser platform to assess genes and proteins in individual cells leading to a rich understanding of their function.
