Resumé
The research in Sustainable Bioresource Technology includes several themes within the Green Transition: biorefining of grass for protein recovery, production of insects for food and feed, microbial production of chemical building blocks including nanocellulose, and upcycling of plastic waste. The outcome will facilitate sustainable production of food, feed, and biochemicals and reduce waste.
