Workshop ‘Politicization of the Military in Electoral Democracies’

What happens to democracies when armed forces are taking sides in political conflicts? This workshop on ‘politicization of the military’ aims to create a network of researchers from Denmark and abroad, which aims to compare & discuss pathways to politicization, as well as its political consequences. The chapters presented at the workshop will be included in a book, co-edited by the main applicant.
