Resumé

The project aims at identifying infectious diseases as early as possible using deep learning. Camera recordings of wild birds will be assisted by blood samples from birds in Svalbard. Blood analysis and behaviour changes of the birds are used to train software to recognize disease early by a non-invasive method. The end goal is to develop a free software for early detection of epidemics.
