Co-creating Future Food Systems with Consumer-Citizens

The aim of this research stay is to contribute to the understanding of how to empower consumer-citizens in the transition of food systems towards cero emission. The improved understanding will be applied to the development of a framework for the empoverment of consumer-citizens in relation to activities regarding the substitution of meat with plant-based foods.
