Resumé
Mechanical pathways are now increasingly recognised as the new dimension of cellular decision-making. To consolidate NBI as a leading center for mechanobiology we seek funding for a state-of-the-art Brillouin microscope. This advanced imaging tool would be the first of its kind at NBI and Denmark and will allow for real-time, 3D mapping of mechanical properties within living biological samples.
