Sustainable development of European human rights protection

This workshop sheds light on the sustainable development of European human rights protection by discussing the theoretical aims of how the protection by the European Court of Human Rights can continue and the empirical constraints, which are imposed by legal substantive factors, such as interpretation of the Convention, procedural and budgetary constraints and institutional and political factors.
