Denmark is praised internationally for durable and equalitarian design, with great relevance to green transition. It might however be impossible to transfer any ideals and practices, if we don't understand the whole culture of Danish design and the institutions, which formed and carried it. This is the first comprehensive history of the schools, collection, organisations and design policies in DK.
