Leica M205 C Stereomicroscope for Microcrystal Visualisation and Manipulation

Proteins perform essential functions in all living cells. Their structures are studied by growing them into crystals and analysing them with X-rays or electrons. Many crystals are only a few microns and require specialised microscopes for handling. The Leica M205 C will enable Danish researchers to prepare such samples for advanced structural studies.
