Specific engagement of medicines with cell receptors is crucial to maximise effectiveness and minimise toxicity. This project will utilise the heliXcyto equipment to measure binding kinetics on single cells under physiological conditions to optimise drug targeting for development of potent and safer next-generation medicines.
