Detector for hyperspectral micro-CT imaging

In recent decades, micro-CT imaging has advanced the ability to image internal structures of samples. However, classic micro-CT only provides radiodensity information. By upgrading to hyperspectral micro-CT (color CT), element specific imaging is possible, thus improving qualitative and quantitative analyses in as diverse fields as bio, agro, forensic, archaeology, paleontology and geo sciences.
