The making of pale green Europe? The Green Deal and structural hierarchies in the EU

How can Europe become sustainable while reducing deep-rooted imbalances among its member states? This project examines whether the European Green Deal can achieve its ecological goals while addressing monetary, productive, and ecological hierarchies that weaken EU cohesion and complicate the green transition.
