Greenland in Focus: Infrastructure for Real-Time Phytoplankton Monitoring

Greenland’s seas are rapidly changing under climate pressure. This project brings cutting-edge CytoSense technology and AI to monitor vital plankton at the base of the marine food web in near real time. Building local research capacity enables early warnings of harmful algae blooms, improved management of marine resources and better ecosystem understanding and predictions in a changing climate.
