Environment-sensitive study of single-particle luminescence dynamics

This project establishes a unique platform for single-particle luminescence spectroscopy in Denmark by coupling a multifunctional microscope to an existing, fluorimeter funded by the Carlsberg Foundation. The facility will uncover nanoscale photophysics, reveal environment-sensitive dynamics, and enable breakthroughs in bioimaging, energy, and quantum technologies, while training the next generation of researchers.
