The “Food Soft Matter” Young Faculty Network was founded in 2025 as an international community for emerging scientists, mainly on the tenure track assist. prof. level, to share experiences, initiate collaborations, and disseminate research. This meeting at University of Copenhagen is meant to help us grow as scientists and to bond as individuals through dedicated workshops and exchange activities.
