The last decade has seen an increase in the number ancient plant genomes sequenced. These genomes are reshaping our understanding of plant domestication, evolution and human-plant interactions through time. This symposium will bring together established and early-career researchers to discuss current challenges, foster collaborations, and define future directions for ancient plant genomics.
